I’m a Busy Mommy with Kids, Is NOSSK Suspension Bodyweight Fitness Training for Me?

 As a busy working professional, church volunteer, podcaster, and wife and mommy of two, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to set aside time dedicated to my health and fitness routine.

We could work out worry-free, at home, knowing that our kiddos were in ear shot distance, most of the time in the same room playing with their toys or reading a book or having some screen time.

You can take it out to the porch and suspend it from one of the outside walls. You can take it to the park and suspend it there, and workout while the little ones run around or play in the park, - the choice is yours!
