I have used TRX (gym), made my own, a TRX copy and a pocket monkii.
This is the best💯
The ease with which you can adjust the handles. Use a single or wide anchor point is better than any suspension trainer out there!
And it's cheap. Even with overseas postage.
This is my go to suspension trainer now and will last. So well made. Lovely leaflet guide and storage bag.

This is simple to set up and feels very sturdy. The price was perfect and I can already tell it is going to be a great asset to our home gym.

I really like this system (I now have two) so I can set up each one so the anchoring points are in line with my shoulders/hips, and can even go 4-pt suspension (fully suspended). The sliding Prusik knots are faster and easier for me to adjust than the TRX I used to have. Light weight and compact, easy to take on the go.

I’ve been using the rope suspensions for about 3 weeks, & I feel so good about this product, I have bought 3 more as gifts for my friends. This Company is good& easy to work with as far as my order’s & shipping it’s incredible to me.
I also have & use the dual suspension straps, that are equally as good in my opinion. A great price for quality equipment.

I love this product for its simplicity, versatility, and durability. I have been using my rope trainer weekly for nearly 4 years and it is still in fantastic shape. I recently purchased a second rope trainer to keep in my car for impromptu workouts and travel. As a physical therapist, this is the suspension trainer I recommend.
