1. Eligibility for Returns

All NOSSK products are eligible for return within 60 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items should be in good condition

  • Normal evaluation use is acceptable

  • Excessively damaged or altered products may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label

  3. Securely package your item and ship it back using the provided label

There are no return shipping fees for approved returns.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • A full refund of the purchase price will be issued

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5 for processing after receipt
