Since everybody has their own need we try to provide a solution for everyone. Some folks might want a very compact/light Trainer such as the NOSSK HOME Trainer, Whereas others might prefer the more rugged type they can throw in the sand on the beach like the NOSSK RT17 ROPE Trainer, others might want a more stable system like the NOSSKTWIN Trainer or use them specifically in a professional Fitness Center where "everybody" has access to the Trainers and they prefer the NOSSK GYM Trainer, or for allaround ease of use one might prefer the NOSSK TNT Trainer, and the one that wants to really challenge oneselves might.

The "Stability" of a Trainer refers to how "Stable" a trainer is under a certain anchoring setup.

For example the Dual Strap Trainers such as the TWIN Pro and the GYM Pro Trainer has each Strap individually anchored solidly to say a bar or beam. Applying pressure on just one handle does not "move" that handle (it does not lower the handle lower to the ground).

Whereas the TNT Pro Trainer is an "instable" Trainer. This means applying pressure to just one handle will move this handle further to the ground since both handles are connected to one another via the single strap which is gliding over the Fit Link - which offers practically no resistance.

The NOSSK CYCLONE Pulley Trainer has a VERY LOW STABILITY due to the Pulley - which allows you to perform Rotational/See-Saw Exercises.

It depends on the item.

Trainers usually Ship via Priority Mail and USPS Ground Advantage which ussually takes about 1-3 days.

Accessories usually ship USPS First Class Mail which normally takes 2-6 days. If an accessory is ordered together with a Trainer it usually shipps together at the speed of the Trainser shown above.

International shipping times depend on the products and destination. It usually takes anywhere from 6 to 14 days - on rare occasions it can take up to 4 weeks..

Simply send us an email (or fill out the form below) letting us know you would like to return an item. We will then email you a pre-paid return label.

Items must be returned including all original components.

Once we receive an item back we will issue the refund within 24 to 48 hrs. It may take a couple of extra days for the refund to show up in your account - that is out of our control and depends entirely on your credit card provider.
