Excellent and replaces other much more expensive equipment

I never used a suspension trainer before but I am very impressed with the range of options / excercises and stretches. I bought the Cyclone and the Twin Pro for less than a the price of 1 big name brand suspension trainer. During the pandemic I bought a Total Gym and a MaxPro, It replaces both of them. The Maxpro track is now used to attach the 2 Nossk systems and works well for that. I highly reccomend the Nossk systems. Functionality and price can't be beat!

Love it. The pulley allows me to have the traditional bodyweight type exercises but also use it to do some leg stretching like I did in the martial arts 50 years ago.
