I really like this system (I now have two) so I can set up each one so the anchoring points are in line with my shoulders/hips, and can even go 4-pt suspension (fully suspended). The sliding Prusik knots are faster and easier for me to adjust than the TRX I used to have. Light weight and compact, easy to take on the go.

I bought the RT-17 for a trip to Europe. So far, I have used it in Amsterdam and Prague. I plan to use it in Germany as well. Great workout and very simple to set up and use. Packs to a small bag that is also included. Great workout product!
