NOSSK CYCLONE Pulley Bodyweight Trainer

Unlike standard fixed suspension trainers (like TRX), the Cyclone uses a heavy-duty pulley wheel. This creates a "body fight" effect—where one side of your body must actively resist the other—resulting in extreme instability that forces your core and stabilizer muscles to work overtime.

This pulley system suspension trainer is overlooked and underappreciated. It is a highly useful tool for strengthening scapular retraction muscles ( T, Y, Inverted Y, and I exercises), as well as for stretching the pecs and lats by simply reversing the direction of the exercises.

I've been wanting to try out the pulley suspension straps from Nossk for a good while and sadly they were always out of stock. But then I saw them reappear and I had pick a set up. I've been thoroughly impressed with that pulley system and how much new variety it gives to my workouts. The whole quality of the build is really good too. The handles are great, the ropes feel strong, and it comes with everything you need including a carry bag. The back and forth workouts of each arm giving the other arm resistance really adds new flavor to the whole suspension training workout. And I'm glad to add this to my arsenal.

I like the NOSSK CYCLONE so much. I thoroughly enjoy working out with it.
It is light weight and easy to move around. I put WD-40 on the pully and it rolls around noiselessly. I have the standard NOSSK Suspension Kit and still value it for doing specific things on. All in all, two thumbs way up.

I never used a suspension trainer before but I am very impressed with the range of options / excercises and stretches. I bought the Cyclone and the Twin Pro for less than a the price of 1 big name brand suspension trainer. During the pandemic I bought a Total Gym and a MaxPro, It replaces both of them. The Maxpro track is now used to attach the 2 Nossk systems and works well for that. I highly reccomend the Nossk systems. Functionality and price can't be beat!
