excellent product, I use it to do unilateral strengthening with very positive results, can very the tempo and resistance - light fast, heavy slow and even do isometrics holds, and of course still can do bilateral exercises too ! very versatile, portable, easy set up

Beyond my expectations

I recently owned a overpriced TRX that I wore out over 3 years. The Cyclone is as good if not better than the TRX. I get a better workout with more core activation. When I wear this out, I'll buy another from Nossk.

This rope trainer exceeded my expectations.

The materials are all top quality and it is built like somebody knew what they were doing.

The prussic cord is a perfect match for the rope. Its grip is tenacious. No danger of slipping at all. The pulley is super slick with the bearings vs. a bushing. Surprisingly slick.

The rope fits the pulley perfectly. It is a good piece of equipment that makes workouts a pleasure and fun.

The pulley will support 28 kilo newtons which is 6,294 pounds
